Everything is packed and shipped from our farm on Orcas Island.

SHIPPING

Shipping is $8 for one or two items, then $3 for each additional item. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Orders generally leave the farm within 2–4 business days. We’ll send tracking information when your package is on its way.

And because we really are shipping from an island, weather and ferry disruptions occasionally happen. If something unusual delays your order, we’ll let you know.

RETURNS

Because we make personal-care products in small batches and don't use tamper-evident packaging, skincare, soap and body-care sales are final.

SOMETHING WENT WRONG?

That's different.

If something arrives damaged, leaking, broken, incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo when appropriate, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

A NOTE ABOUT TEMPERATURE

Tallow whips and balms are made with natural fats and oils, so their texture can change with temperature. They may soften during warm weather or become firmer when cold.

If a product arrives looking genuinely wrong or damaged, send us a photo. We’ll take care of it.
